What to Expect
Modern school photos where students are truly themselves – that is our approach. As school photographer in Bochum and NRW we come with our mobile studio directly to your school: whether primary school, grammar school, junior high, secondary or comprehensive school in the Ruhr area. We photograph in an age-appropriate way – playful and relaxed with younger children, modern and individual with graduating classes. We love using the schoolyard and outdoor area of your school, because that is where the most natural school portraits are taken. For the school this means: no organisational effort, no collecting envelopes, no stress. Parents select and order their favourite photos conveniently through our GDPR-compliant online portal – each family with their own access code, only for their own child's photos. School ID photos are included – as a print to take away or digital.
Process
Together we agree on a smooth schedule that disrupts lessons as little as possible. On photo day we arrive with our mobile studio at your school – we handle setup and takedown ourselves, teachers need to assist very little. Every student is photographed individually, then we take class photos – in the schoolyard or inside, depending on weather and preference. For graduation photos we take extra time for individual portraits and creative group shots. After photo day all parents receive a personal code for the online shop. Orders are placed conveniently from home, printing happens only after ordering.

Our style adapts to the age and school type. We photograph younger children playfully, and older students and graduating classes in a modern and individual style.

We travel throughout the Ruhr area and NRW: Bochum, Dortmund, Essen, Duisburg, Herne, Gelsenkirchen, Recklinghausen, Bottrop, Oberhausen, Mülheim, Witten, Düsseldorf and more. No travel costs within the Ruhr area core zone.
What does school photography cost – and who pays?
There are no costs for your school. Parents purchase their children's photos directly in the online shop – fair packages from 14.90 €. No money to collect, no upfront cost for the school, no risk. Parents order only what they really want.
How secure is the online portal for parents? (GDPR)
Our online shop is fully GDPR-compliant. Each family receives an individual access code and sees only their own child's photos. Payment is processed securely online, printing happens only afterwards. Photos remain in the system for 1 year and can be reordered at any time.
Do you also take school ID photos during the school photo session?
Yes, directly on photo day! We take biometric school ID photos for all students – as an instant print to take away or digitally. This saves everyone the extra trip to the photographer. No hassle, no extra charge.
How long does a school photo day take?
We estimate about 2–3 minutes per student for individual portraits. For 200 students we plan approximately one school day. We create a detailed schedule in advance together with you that disrupts lessons as little as possible.
